What the panel does
The SWW advisory panel brings together senior practitioners from across England and Wales to help shape the standards members follow when drafting Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. It also advises on continuing professional development and consumer-protection guidance.
What this means for our clients
It’s a reflection of the standards we already hold ourselves to. Every Will we draft is reviewed against SWW best practice, and we’re pleased to now be helping shape those standards directly.
